For the first time in years, I was brave enough to decorate our little tree with more than just a garland and plastic candy canes & lollipops! Ryker surprised us by not even attempting to take off any ornaments - Yipee! Ellany, on the other hand, would stand on the couches to remove the angel(!) and ornaments to play with them... but happily nothing got broken. :0)

For months, Ellany has been telling me her Christmas wish...a Violet action figure with Invisible Violet! They don't make this toy anymore, but I found a new one on eBay. She was thrilled!! Sadly, Invisible Violet broke just a few hours later. Adam super glued her back together but Ellany broke her again. It really wasn't made well enough to be played with...Grrr!
Brynn told me she just wanted plush animals and candy for Christmas! Her new alien from Toy Story now joins her vast menagerie.
